OIL-LESS HIGH PERFORMANCE
An energy saving workhorse, the FS-Curtis OL Series’ 100% dry crankcase provides oil-less compressed air for critical applications with zero oil carryover. It’s environmentally friendly with no oil vapor generated by the compressor, which eliminates the need for oil changes and oil disposal costs. The low speed pump and robust cast-iron crankcase, cylinder, and cylinder head ensures that the OL will offer long-term reliability and long-lasting performance.

Becker oil-free vacuum pumps are designed to operate on a continuous duty basis at any vacuum level from open flow to 27” Hg.,
depending on the series. All Becker oil-free pumps utilize self-lubricating, graphite composite vanes, specifically engineered for
Becker pumps. No oil to change and only minimal maintenance is required. Each pump comes with a built-in inlet filter, vacuum
relief valve and vibration isolators as standard equipment.
TANK MOUNTED CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEMS
The GVS series are tank-mounted central systems with single-stage, oil sealed rotary vanes and are supplied ready to use with a tank, an electrical cabinet with controller and a filter in front of each pump. These mini systems can be composed with 1 to 3 pumps and offer Plug & play installation and with the possibility of pressure regulation.
Easy service – each pump can be isolated at any moment. Besides, oil thermal switch, oil level monitor and overpressure indicator on the filters are provided in standard.
User-friendly monitoring with PLC controller – MK5 controller on the Full Feature. Two GVC versions are available: BASIC and Full Feature.
